International Internet Evangelism Performance Measurement Questionnaire

Instructions

Please complete the confidential survey online. Your answers should brief, top-of-mind responses for each question.

Some organizations have more than one evangelistic website - please complete one survey for all of your sites combined.

Most questions may be answered by checking the box beside the appropriate response. A few questions will ask for a short explanation or statement.

This is a survey of current practices, not policies or intentions. If you are unable or uncomfortable responding to a specific question, please leave it blank. However, completing as many questions as possible will help us collect a more accurate picture of Internet Evangelism practices and measurements.

Surveys will be assembled and findings summarized (eliminating any personal reference to individual respondents or their ministries). Results will be distributed to all respondents via email by April 20, 2007 and at the 2007 IEC Annual Meeting.

Information you submit through this survey will not be personally identified with you, your church or ministry without your permission. Any report using these responses will be done in aggregate form. Questions about this survey may be directed to Jonathon Skinner or Debra Brown at 613.226.2704.

Thank you for your participation!
